Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with two years of professional experience
• Associate degree with six years of professional experience
• California Community College Credential or equivalency acceptable

Responsibilities

• Recruit and identify student‑athletes while promoting diversity
• Instruct and manage classes and athletics duties
• Monitor academic progress of student‑athletes and support success
• Ensure program compliance with 3C2A, SCCCD Board rules, and department policies
• Schedule contests, supervise practices, travel, and hire assistants
• Engage with donors and the community to support fundraising for the soccer program
