Qualifications

• Master's in business or related field, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s in related field and Master’s in economics/public admin/JD/LL.B.
• Bachelor’s in economics with business emphasis and Master’s in personnel management/public admin/JD/LL.B.
• California Community College Credential, or equivalent education/experience.
• Equivalency must be petitioned if degrees do not match exactly.

Responsibilities

• Teach a part-time schedule of Business Administration courses.
• Use varied pedagogies and deliver instruction face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid formats.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty and staff.
• Adhere to approved curriculum outlines and course objectives.
• Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and exams.
• Provide course syllabi and maintain classroom records.
• Submit grading and evaluation reports timely.
• Handle teaching assignments across varying settings and times.
• Fulfill duties per Administrative Regulation 7122 and other duties as assigned.
