Phyton Talent Advisors in New York seeks an experienced Equity Middle Office Specialist to support the transition of equity trade processing from Paris to New York. Qualifications

• Experience in Equity Middle Office, Trade Support, or Trade Validation.
• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives and structured payoff products.
• Understanding of listed and OTC equity products (options, swaps, autocallables, structured notes).

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end trade validation and control for equity derivatives and structured equity payoff products, ensuring accurate and complete bookings within internal systems.
• Verify trade economics against term sheets, confirmations, trader recaps, and booking models.
• Review and validate complex product attributes including payoffs, barriers, autocalls, digitals, knock-in/knock-out features, coupons, and underlying baskets or indices.
• Support the transition of Equity Middle Office activities from the Paris office to the New York office.
• Investigate and resolve trade capture issues, booking discrepancies, and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Partner closely with Trading, Sales, Structuring, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to resolve trade-related issues.
• Monitor trade lifecycle events including amendments, cancellations, novations, resets, corporate actions, fixing events, and maturities.
• Perform daily controls and reconciliations to identify missing, unmatched, or incorrectly booked trades.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at reducing manual trade processing.
• Independently investigate operational issues and drive them through resolution.
