Qualifications

• Established partner with portable book of business, ideally $1M+.
• Strong track record of originating and leading sophisticated IP disputes.
• Technical or scientific background; USPTO admission advantageous.
• Admission to the relevant state Bar; private-practice background.

Responsibilities

• Originate and lead sophisticated IP disputes.
• Expand client relationships across practices and jurisdictions.
• Grow portable practice through cross-selling and institutional clients.
