The People Of: Professional Services is seeking a Litigation Partner to join its US practice across multiple markets. The incoming partner should have an established, portable litigation book and a proven ability to develop relationships with sophisticated institutional clients.
The platform emphasizes cross-border opportunities and cross-practice collaboration. Compensation is highly competitive and confidential, with terms based on the size and portability of the practice.
Location: Multiple US Offices
Practice: Litigation
Level: Partner
We are working on a confidential basis with a leading international law firm looking to make strategic additions to its US Litigation practice across several key markets.
The firm is interested in established litigators who have built a strong practice and are looking for a platform that can provide greater reach, stronger cross-selling opportunities and the institutional support to accelerate further growth.
The firm has a substantial national and international disputes platform, representing major corporations, financial institutions and other sophisticated clients in complex, high-value litigation.
Relevant practices may include complex commercial litigation, class actions, securities disputes, white collar and investigations, product liability and mass torts, antitrust, contentious M&A and other significant business disputes.
The real attraction is the opportunity to build.
The firm has significant relationships with major institutional clients and considerable strength across complementary corporate, finance, private equity, restructuring, employment, regulatory, IP and tax practices. This creates genuine scope for an incoming litigation partner to broaden existing client relationships while also accessing opportunities generated elsewhere across the platform.
The firm is also highly focused on lateral partner growth. Incoming partners receive meaningful support around integration, internal introductions, client opportunities, business development and the wider strategy for expanding their practice.
For a partner who has built a successful book but feels constrained by the reach, conflicts, resources or cross-selling capabilities of their current firm, this could provide a significantly stronger platform for the next stage of their practice.
Highly competitive and flexible, depending on the size, profitability and portability of the incoming practice.
All conversations will be treated with complete confidentiality.
