Job summary

State Street's Implementation Portfolio Management group supports about 35 client portfolios aligned with the Active Fundamental Equity approach. You will manage client accounts, cash flows, and hedging, while coordinating with PMs, analysts and IT to enhance investment tools.

The role includes leading data transformation projects, developing dashboards, and driving efficiency across the equity team, with involvement in cross-functional initiatives in Stamford CT or Boston MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, operations or technology.
• Minimum of 2 years in investment management or operations.
• Financial data knowledge with Excel, data viz and AI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Results oriented and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, client restrictions and cash flows.
• Daily client cash flows, futures/ETF hedging and program trading.
• Interface between PMs, analysts and IT to enhance tools.
• Lead requirements for data transformation projects.
• Lead testing and implementation of dashboards and tools.
• Act as SME for key business initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Drive efficiencies across the equity team and related functions.
• Support data/tech platform transformations across asset classes.
