Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, economics or related field.
• CFA designation preferred.
• 1–2 years trading experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.
• Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Be intellectually curious, respectful and kind at work.
• Ability to protect client information with good judgement.
• Deliver excellent service to internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Executes and allocates trades across custodians with Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors and the Asset Allocation Committee.
• Completes post-trade issue resolution.
• Monitors portfolio drift and rebalances to align with account objectives and strategies.
• Processes ongoing tax loss harvesting.
• Assists Investment Advisors with transitioning accounts to internal models.
• Contributes to business development by creating synthetic portfolios based on prospect statements.
• Adheres to guidelines established by the Implementation Committee.
• Coordinates internal action across multiple teams.
• Contributes to optimizing workflows within the Portfolio Analysis Team.
