Job summary

MissionSquare is seeking an Investment Analyst, Equity to support portfolio oversight, reporting, and communications for internal and external audiences. The role focuses on analytics, data management, and collaboration with Fund Managers and analysts.

You will assist in performance attribution, risk analysis, and market monitoring while contributing to investment-related reports and stakeholder communications. A CFA path is preferred, with exposure to Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Zero to one year of investment industry experience; data collection/analysis and communications preferred.
• General knowledge of statistics and investment data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with investment research platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Equity Fund Managers by compiling portfolio, benchmark, performance, and market information.
• Maintain investment, manager, and market data used in portfolio monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on equity funds and asset managers.
• Assist in performance attribution, benchmarking, and risk analysis for investments.
• Prepare investment-related reports, data, and materials for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate information requests and assist due diligence for investment managers.
