Job summary

Equitable Investment Management Group seeks a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join the Portfolio Analytics team. You will analyze performance, risk, and attribution across multi-asset portfolios and support manager oversight, governance, and board reporting.

The role offers exposure to asset allocation, research, and investment committee interactions. Qualifications include 5+ years in portfolio analytics, strong Excel/VBA skills, and familiarity with industry tools (Bloomberg, Aladdin, Morningstar,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
5+ years of experience in portfolio analytics, manager research, or investment reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, including VBA/macros.
Experience with Bloomberg, Aladdin, Morningstar or FactSet preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize data for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of portfolio performance, risk, and attribution across multi-asset portfolios.
Support selection, evaluation, and ongoing oversight of external investment managers.
Prepare and deliver quarterly Board materials with performance and risk updates.
Support development of portfolio structures, asset allocation frameworks, and new product initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Investment Specialists and Communications teams.
