Job summary

King County Housing Authority is seeking a Program Manager for Inclusive Outcomes (EDIB) to drive equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization. The role leads cross-functional work to turn EDIB goals into everyday practices, develop programs, and guide data-informed improvements.

You’ll work with leaders and teams to build programs, lead conversations, and provide guidance that strengthens workforce practices and services to communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Experience advancing equity, engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a complex org.
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate inclusive initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, training, and policy communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and evaluate Inclusive Outcomes initiatives across the agency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop/implement policies for cross-department initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners and REDI committee as needed.
