Qualifications

• Experience with personalized learning approaches is preferred.
• CPI certification is an asset for classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Mentor scholars in developing personalized learning strategies and social-emotional skills.
• Create a respectful, engaging classroom environment and strong rapport with students.
• Collaborate with colleagues on planning and reflective practice.
• Establish routines and procedures to ensure efficient class time use.
• Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and provide feedback.
