This district-wide role analyzes data, partners with administrators and families, and leads equity-centered initiatives to reduce disparities in discipline, identification, and achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Master’s Degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify the candidate.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes student data to identify disproportionality trends.
• Collaborates with school leadership to implement intervention plans to address disparities.
• Provides coaching on culturally responsive teaching and equitable practices.
• Conducts equity-focused discipline audits and recommends alternatives to exclusionary practices.
• Develops and leads workshops on culturally responsive teaching and implicit bias.
• Partners with administrators and district staff to embed equity-based strategies.
• Engages with families and community partners to promote tiered interventions and services.
• Promotes an inclusive school culture and student belonging.
• Reviews district policies to reduce barriers to equity and align with regulations.
• Uses data visualization and reflection to assess intervention effectiveness.
