Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with two years of related professional experience.
• Associate degree with six years of related professional experience.
• Valid California Community College Credential, or equivalent education/experience.
• Petition for equivalency if degrees do not match transcript requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach a part-time schedule of Human Services courses as assigned.
• Use diverse pedagogies and deliver face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid formats.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty and staff.
• Apply instructional methods aligned with approved outlines of record.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments and assignments.
• Provide course syllabi and maintain classroom records per policy.
• Submit grading and evaluation reports in a timely manner.
• Handle assignments across varied instructional settings and times.
• Fulfill all duties as required by Administrative Regulation 7122.
