Job summary

Envision Education seeks a College Advisor to sustain a college-going culture and support seniors through the college and career transition. You will partner with families, teachers, and administrators to guide students in admissions, financial aid, and postsecondary planning.

You will build strong relationships with colleges, manage communications, and lead parent workshops on financial aid and college options while pursuing professional credentials in school counseling over time.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Envision Education's mission and anti-racist/pro-Black frameworks.
• Experience engaging with families, especially Black, African American, Latino/a/x, and immigrant communities.
• Willingness to pursue PPS credentials within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Support 12th graders through college and financial aid processes.
• Coordinate career readiness learning for advisories across grades.
• Develop college relationships and coordinate campus visits.
• Lead workshops for parents on financial aid and college options.
• Document and manage letters of recommendation.
