Job summary

College Track in New Orleans seeks a dedicated College Counselor & Advisor to guide scholars through postsecondary planning, from college visits and FAFSA to personal statements and scholarship applications. You will deliver individualized counseling and coordinate with families, schools, and site teams to ensure enduring access to higher education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with first-generation college-bound students preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends aligned to program milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 college counseling and case management.
• Facilitate LEAD curriculum and college readiness workshops.
• Maintain CEP with Academic Advisor and collaborate with school staff and families.
