• Develop lessons addressing students' academic, interpersonal, social and emotional needs
• Provide research-based specialized instruction to address IEP goals
• Develop and implement annual IEP plans
• Collaborate with IEP team members
• Monitor progress to ensure student growth
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
