Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Fluency in reading, speaking, and interpreting English.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Checks and secures building at shift start and end.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms, offices and more per standards.
• Sweeps, mops, buffs, strips and waxes floors; cleans carpets and blinds.
• Replaces light bulbs; set up/tear down furniture for events.
• Performs snow/ice removal and grounds upkeep as needed.
• Receives deliveries and assists in unloading; assists visitors.
• Empties trash and supports recycling programs.
