Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and NYS teaching certification required; Master’s degree preferred; we offer $2,000 toward Master’s and NY State certification within two years.
• Experience with intended grade level and content area preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Chromebooks, and MacBooks is expected.

Responsibilities

• Internalize standards-aligned curriculum and teach rigorous, culturally relevant lessons daily; differentiate as needed.
• Communicate effectively with scholars, families, and staff.
• Implement school-wide systems and feedback; participate in school duties and events.
• Foster equity and accessibility; analyze data to improve teaching and outcomes.
• Create a positive, structured environment supporting diverse needs and abilities.
