Job summary

KIPP Colorado Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead instruction in a 10-month academic role. You will plan rigorous lessons, use data-driven approaches, and implement IEPs, 504 Plans, and MTSS with fidelity to support every student.

You will collaborate with teams and engage families to promote an affirming learning environment and strong student outcomes. The role emphasizes culturally sustaining instruction, strong classroom management, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Ability to meet ESSA criteria (and related compliance requirements).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop standards-based instructional plans, including unit plans, scope and sequences, and daily lesson plans.
• Plan rigorous lessons aligned with planning deadlines and internalization practices.
• Design and implement assessments aligned with daily objectives.
• Grade student work and provide feedback and support.
• Use data to drive instruction and adjust plans to meet learning needs, providing ongoing feedback.
• Implement IEPs/504 Plans/ALPs/BIPs/MTSS interventions with fidelity and accommodations.
