Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Success Manager within Wealth Management to deliver stock plan servicing for corporate clients on Shareworks and Equity Edge platforms. You will partner with internal teams to provide high-quality service, strong client advocacy, and proactive problem resolution.

The role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring accurate processing and timely reporting, and supporting onboarding and go-to-market activities across a broad client base.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of equity compensation administration and B2B experience.
• Experience with global equity plans and complex awards.
• Must pass department CEE exam within 3 months of hire.
• CEP designation must be obtained.
• Able to manage multiple clients with high customer focus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle participant stock plan transactions accurately.
• Manage events and record-keeping, excluding corporate actions.
• Provide on-going client support and inquiry responses.
• Collaborate with Operations, Relationship Management, and Product Development.
• Prepare and present client status updates and reports.
• Identify process improvements and support product testing as needed.
