Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years of experience in education, policy, nonprofit management, data analytics, or related fields.
• Advanced degree preferred in education, public policy, nonprofit management, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience synthesizing information from diverse stakeholders into reports and proposals.
• Experience supervising and coaching staff and coordinating cross-functional work.

• Coordinate grant reporting, compliance, and funder stewardship across multiple programs.
• Oversee data requests, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
