RFCUNY invites applications for the Director of Evaluation to lead the evaluation of CUNY CARES. Located within the CUNY Office of Transformation, the role partners with Bronx campuses and central offices to drive evidence-based decisions across CUNY’s network.

The Director will oversee statistical analyses, survey design, and data integration to measure impact on student health, housing, food security, and academic outcomes, guiding scalability and sustainability efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in program evaluation or research administration is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and direct a systematic assessment of CUNY CARES 2.0 documenting progress and problems in implementation.
• Evaluate impact on student well-being and academic success to inform scaling and sustainability.
• Design and implement an impact evaluation of the Benefits Hub, connecting students to public benefits.
• Assist investigators to complete the Bronx Demonstration Project evaluation.
• Design, administer, and analyze annual surveys of samples of CUNY students for progress toward indicators.
• Serve as liaison with funders, CUNY administrators, OAREDA, and community providers on evaluation matters.
• Advise on quantitative methods and inferential statistics to support data-driven decisions as the program scales.
• Identify data and metrics from related programs to create user-friendly databases aggregating outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty researchers and data collection teams across campuses to interpret results and propose solutions.
• Prepare user-friendly reports for policy makers, CUNY leaders, faculty, staff, journals, and student advocates.
