Nomura is seeking an Investment Banking Equity Capital Markets Associate in New York, NY. You will work with senior bankers on servicing and executing client transactions across IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, SPACs, and ATMs, while helping to grow client relationships and win new mandates.

The role emphasizes deal execution, strategic analysis, and mentorship of junior staff within a dynamic ECM team in the Americas.

Competenze

Prior ECM investment banking experience.
Outstanding academic qualifications.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding technical and analytical skills.
Series 7 or SIE and 63 and 79.
