Deutsche Bank AG in New York, NY seeks an Associate for Equity Capital Markets to support origination, evaluate new opportunities, and execute a broad range of corporate client transactions in a global, fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with internal partners to deliver high-impact client materials and respond to ad-hoc requests, while advising on timing, size, and structure of deals in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in equity capital markets or investment banking preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals for corporate clients in a global firm environment.
• Create and deliver client-ready financial analyses and materials; respond to ad-hoc requests for maximum impact.
• Prepare recommendations on deal timing, size, structure, and investor universe and present findings to the team.
• Coordinate with internal partners, lawyers, and other banks to ensure smooth deal execution and risk mitigation.
