• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in equity capital markets or related financial services role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute public equity transactions from announcement to settlement.
• Identify equity capital markets opportunities through market monitoring and issuer activity.
• Gather and synthesize market intelligence on IPOs, follow-ons, and other equity offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, sponsors, and internal teams to improve access to opportunities.
• Coordinate indications of interest, order communications, and allocations with bookrunners.
• Analyze valuation, pricing, investor demand, and aftermarket performance to inform participation decisions.
• Produce internal commentary on market activity and notable transactions.
• Maintain transaction analytics and data integrity across internal systems.
• Suggest workflow improvements to enhance efficiency of ECM activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure effective transaction execution.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to strengthen ECM platform and market relationships.
