Job summary

ROBERT W. BAIRD & CO. INCORPORATED is seeking a PWM Growth Strategy Consultant to support regional leaders, recruit advisors, and drive profitability across the Milwaukee market.

The role partners with Wealth Center, Wealth Solutions Group, and home office teams to translate firm initiatives into practical tools and enhanced client outcomes. The candidate will work with Market Directors, Branch Leaders, and FA practices, traveling up to 50% to enable growth, coach, and close transitions for new

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in financial services preferred.
• SIE and Series 7/66 licensing is required.
• Attainment of, or demonstrated progress towards CFP, CPWA, or ChFC designations is highly valued.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of the Firm and PWM resources/Wealth Center and their solutions.
• Represent business development on advancing Wealth Center initiatives with branch networks and FA teams.
• Identify opportunities to drive profitability by leveraging firm initiatives and building relationships with home office depts and partners.
• Collaborate with Executive Market Leaders and Branch Leaders to understand priorities and provide resources to support outcomes.
• Assist Market Directors and Branch Managers to close and transition recruits, including NextGen talent, into Baird.
• Leverage knowledge to create proactive solutions that improve client outcomes and drive revenue growth.
