Qualifications

2 to 15+ years stock plan administration experience.
Equity Administration in Public Companies is preferred.
ECA or CEP candidates are nice to have.

Responsibilities

Review and understand client requirements for equity management.
Provide customer service for client inquiries on equity compensation.
Support stock plan reconciliation activities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equity Administration Professional with knowledge/understanding of equity product development. This role is a part-time position (20hrs per week) working on large scale migration project which will entail moving customers from their current equity management platform to the Certent Equity Management platform. The ideal candidate will have equity administration and an understanding of equity products/product management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and understand requirements of client
Customer service to client inquiries on a wide variety of issues related to equity compensation
Vendor experience is a plus
Understanding current capabilities of Certent equity product
Take requests and solve issues
Assist team with issues from a equity knowledge standpoint to creatively solve the problems to meet clients needs
Stock plan reconciliation activities/support
Management of projects activities/support

REQUIREMENTS

2 to 15+ years stock plan administration experience
ECA or CEP candidates, nice to have
Equity Administration in Public Companies
Reporting
Requirement Gathering
Client first mentality
Detail orientated
Knowledge of Shareworks or Certent is a plus not a necessity
