Guggenheim Securities seeks a junior to mid‑level Equities Operations Analyst to support the full trade lifecycle across cash equities, ETFs, and options in a hybrid/remote role with initial in‑person training in NYC.

Key responsibilities include settlement issue resolution, trade capture and confirmations, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining strong controls. Collaboration with Front to Back teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 2–3 years of equities operations or related area.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement, reconciliations.
• Exposure to high‑touch and electronic cash equities flows; international markets a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; VBA or Access beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support full trade lifecycle for cash equities, ETFs, options, and related instruments.
• Monitor and resolve settlement issues with counterparties and custodians; assist with buy‑ins and partial settlements.
• Support soft dollar and commission‑sharing arrangements by ensuring accurate trade booking and reconciliation.
• Perform daily position and cash reconciliations; identify and resolve breaks.
