Job summary

Roux Consulting in Burlington, MA is seeking an EQuIS Analyst to manage environmental data using EarthSoft’s EQuIS. The role focuses on day-to-day EDD processing, EQuIS administration, and client-facing dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in environmental data management, strong SQL skills, and experience building dashboards with EQuIS or Power BI. Office-based role in Burlington with three in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant technical field.
• 4+ years environmental data management with practical use of EarthSoft’s EQuIS in a consulting or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience processing and QA/QC’ing laboratory EDDs efficiently using EQuIS (EDP) or comparable EDD workflow.
• Working knowledge of EQuIS configuration/administration concepts.
• Strong skills with Microsoft-based software, including MS Access and MS Excel.
• Interest and aptitude for building client-facing outputs (dashboards/reporting) using EQuIS dashboards.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying, troubleshooting, and supporting reports/dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to help build and scale Roux’s EQuIS capabilities by training and supporting other staff.

Responsibilities

• Process laboratory and field EDDs in EQuIS (EDP).
• Perform QA/QC and completeness checks; coordinate corrections with labs and project staff.
• Support EQuIS database administration and configuration activities.
• Develop client-facing dashboards and reporting solutions (EQuIS and Power BI).
• Collaborate with project managers, scientists, engineers, and GIS staff.
• Provide hands-on training and ongoing support on EQuIS and related workflows.
