Job summary

RPM Excavation in Michigan is seeking a lead excavation operator to run our excavation crew across commercial and residential sites. You will operate backhoe, skid-steer, mini excavator and dozer, and lead a small team to complete projects safely and on schedule.

Starting pay is based on experience and work ethic, with a competitive hourly rate of $25.21–$33.00. The role requires motivation, leadership, and strong communication to coordinate with coworkers; in-person work is required.
