We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator with hands‑on experience operating a skid steer and front‑end loader. You'll play a key role in supporting site operations, material handling, and general equipment work across active job sites.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer and front‑end loader safely and efficiently
• Load, move, and transport materials as directed
• Perform pre‑operation equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow site safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and site conditions
• Perform other equipment operation and general labor duties as assigned

Required

• Proven experience operating a skid steer and front‑end loader
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and equipment operation best practices
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Preferred

• Additional heavy equipment operation experience
• Valid driver's license
