Typical hours Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with overtime eligibility. Starting pay is $17.95 per hour, paid weekly, with benefits after a month and a range of perks including uniforms, boot allowance, and paid holidays and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Previous 1 year of experience operating construction equipment or general labor experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable operating equipment outdoors and in yard environments.
• Strong safety focus and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment onto trailers for transport.
• Ensure equipment is clean and ready for rent and perform basic yard duties.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adhere to safety standards.
