Job summary

Foley Power Solutions is seeking a hands-on Yard Coordination Supervisor to lead a team of Yard Coordinators in a busy equipment yard. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and ownership of day-to-day operations, with travel for training required.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, basic repair knowledge, and experience with Cat equipment. A valid driver’s license is required for travel and site visits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in yard or operations.
• Basic repair and diagnostic experience with equipment.
• Working knowledge of Cat and Allied equipment and how equipment is operated.
• Excellent communication and employee management skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of yard coordinators and assign tasks.
• Monitor compliance with safety and quality requirements; take corrective actions.
• Train Yard Coordinators on maintenance needs and repairs.
• Perform weekly inventory audits of assets and attachments.
• Manage shipping and receiving for the location and coordinate changes.
• Assist customers with product and machine operation inquiries.
• Oversee fuel process and reporting for locations.
• Maintain yard organization per management standards.
• Support yard staff in preparing equipment for sale or rental and inspections.
• Travel to training or other sites as needed.
