Foley Equipment in Kansas and Western Missouri seeks a hands-on Yard Coordination Supervisor to lead a team of Yard Coordinators, ensuring safe and efficient yard operations. You’ll organize daily tasks, monitor compliance, and train staff while supporting customers with product and machine operation inquiries.

The role requires strong leadership, basic repair knowledge, and a valid driver’s license, with occasional travel to assist at other locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with managers, employees, and customers.
• Knowledge of Cat and allied equipment and operations.
• Strong employee management and motivational skills.
• Ability to diagnose basic equipment issues.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel for training and support.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of yard coordinators and schedule duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements; take corrective actions.
• Train yard coordinators in maintenance needs and repairs.
• Perform weekly inventory audits of sales and rental assets.
• Manage shipping and receiving; propose improvements.
• Assist customers with product and machine operation inquiries.
• Oversee fuel processes and reporting.
• Maintain yard organization and support sale/rental preparation.
• Travel to training or support other locations.
