Job summary

Bobcat - GDN is seeking a Yard Attendant in Arden, DE. You will operate equipment, load and unload materials, and provide friendly, professional service to customers.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma and 2+ years in equipment service, with potential for growth within our expanding company. Open Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, with great benefits and safety training.

Qualifications

• Minimum H.S Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in equipment service operations.
• Experience with construction equipment skid steer, excavator, wheel loader, etc. (preferred)
• Experience in the rental industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and business systems.
• Able to learn company designated software within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard neat and orderly.
• Operate Bobcat and other related equipment to load and unload materials, equipment, and attachments from trucks and trailers.
• Conduct daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections.
• Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and Parts department to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety guidelines and work both independently and in a team.
