Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company in Oklahoma is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to join our Operations team. The role focuses on keeping the equipment yard organized, clean, and ready for rental, while supporting loading, unloading, and safety procedures on site.

You will inspect equipment for defects, assist in preparing units for rent, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. The position offers training, competitive pay, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21+ for driving locations) and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow.
• Clean returned equipment and prep for rental-ready status.
• Assist with loading/unloading of equipment with safety first.
• Inspect equipment for defects and determine rent-ready condition.
