Job summary

MacAllister Machinery Co Inc. is seeking an entry-level Utility Person to assist with yard maintenance, equipment check-in, and basic mechanical tasks. You will help load/unload equipment, keep the yard clean, and support shop operations.

You will perform basic maintenance, assist with deliveries, and ensure safety and professionalism in all tasks. Ideal for candidates with a high school diploma and some technical background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with technical training.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Entry-level position with technical or farming equipment background is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Chauffeur's license.
• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening.

Responsibilities

• Site maintenance includes cleaning machines and keeping yard organized by classification.
• Minor facilities repair and maintenance.
• Equipment check-in and delivery/pickup.
• Basic machine maintenance such as oil checks/changes.
• Trash collection and removal.
• Keep wash bay, yard, and parts room clean and professional.
• Demonstrate safe operation of equipment at delivery and notify about damaged equipment.
