Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and rental industry equipment
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Equipment selection skills - Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the use of Values Based Leadership tools and processes
• Assists with routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
• Assists with repairs, as needed
• Assists with equipment demonstration, loading, and unloading of equipment
• Maintains equipment inventory systems and yard cleanliness
• Performs other duties as assigned
