Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or vocational training required.
• Able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Experience in construction or equipment yards is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow safety rules and supervisor instructions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation and organization of the equipment yard.
• Load, unload, move, and stage construction equipment, tools, and materials.
• Clean, fuel, and prepare equipment for use, delivery, or return.
• Perform basic inspections and report issues or safety concerns.
• Support yard staff with basic tasks and inventory tracking.
• Maintain a safe, organized yard and follow safety policies.
