Job summary

Western States Metal Roofing is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support day-to-day manufacturing and yard operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform a variety of physical tasks, operate basic tools, and assist with loading/unloading while following safety policies and PPE requirements.

The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed. Prior labor experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior general labor, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong work ethic and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.

Responsibilities

• Perform general physical labor such as material handling, sweeping, lifting, and equipment setup.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments and materials.
