Austin Bridge & Road, a division of Austin Industries, seeks General Laborers for the North Phoenix, Arizona yard. This on-site, full-time role involves organizing equipment, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with basic maintenance and inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training/certification.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to outdoor conditions.
• Must follow safety policies and supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation and organization of the equipment yard.
• Load, unload, move, and stage construction equipment, tools, and materials.
• Clean, fuel, and prepare equipment for use, delivery, or return.
• Perform basic visual inspections and report equipment issues or safety concerns.
• Support mechanics and yard staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Assist with inventory tracking, yard setup, and general labor tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free yard environment.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
