Job summary

Komatsu is seeking an Equipment/Yard Coordinator in Sparks, NV to manage the yard, handle inbound/outbound machinery paperwork, and prep machines for delivery. You will load/unload equipment and perform repairs as needed, ensuring efficiency and safety.

The role requires high school diploma, the ability to lift 50 lbs, forklift certification, and the capacity to work overtime, with onsite requirements at the Sparks facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift training/certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate equipment.
• Able to work overtime on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Record hours, fuel, manuals, pictures and damage at check-in.
• Report check-in details to the Rental Coordinator.
• Park equipment in designated areas and verify serials.
• Assist with loading/outbound shipments and yard organization.
• Run maintenance checks and assist with inventory audits.
• Stage machinery for Service department as needed.
