Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to help keep our yard organized and equipment clean. You will support inspections and ensure equipment is rental-ready, while assisting with loading and unloading with safety as a priority.

This entry-level role offers equipment training, promotability, and a path to career growth within a leading equipment dealer serving multiple states. Outdoor work and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ for driving locations).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and instruction-following abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow.
• Clean returned equipment and prep for rental-ready status.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment with safety as priority.
• Inspect equipment for defects and determine rent-ready safety.
