Accurate Personnel is hiring an Equipment & Warehouse Support Associate in Brighton, Colorado. The role handles equipment check-in/out, inventory, maintenance, and documentation to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Expect strong collaboration with warehouse teams and adherence to safety protocols. The position is full-time in Brighton with a starting wage of $19.50/hour, paid weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant certifications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work weekends and early mornings.
• Strong customer service and safety mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of WMS and AS400 software.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication across all levels.
• Read and understand numbers, labels and equipment data.
• Basic data entry and computer skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced Distribution Center.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete check-in and check-out procedures for equipment (headsets, Vocollect boxes, belts, receiving carts, two-way radios).
• Conduct regular inventory checks of all equipment.
• Inspect equipment for damage and report issues promptly.
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
• Collect and return receiving carts to equipment area.
• Maintain accurate equipment logs and filing records.
• Ensure equipment information is up to date.
• Complete, sign, and date all required paperwork.
• Prepare equipment for use by next shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized equipment area.
• Provide excellent customer service to warehouse staff and operations.
• Follow all equipment handling, safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
