Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a Warehouse Clerical Associate in Brighton, CO to support daily warehouse operations with administrative and data entry tasks. The role will help keep inventory and shipment information accurate and organized, with a full-time schedule and multiple shifts available.

The position offers a starting pay of $19–$21 per hour, paid weekly, plus an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse clerical, administrative, or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Process and organize shipping and receiving documentation.
• Enter and update inventory information.
• Prepare reports, paperwork, and other warehouse documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating warehouse activities.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and management.
• Review information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized files and records.
• Provide general administrative support to warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
