Responsibilities

• Complete check-in and check-out procedures for equipment (headsets, Vocollect boxes, belts, receiving carts, two-way radios).
• Conduct regular inventory checks of all equipment.
• Inspect equipment for damage and report issues promptly.
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
• Collect and return receiving carts to equipment area.
• Maintain accurate equipment logs and filing records.
• Ensure equipment information is up to date.
• Complete, sign, and date all required paperwork.
• Prepare equipment for use by next shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized equipment area.
• Provide excellent customer service to warehouse staff and operations.
• Follow all equipment handling, safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: EQUIPMENT & WAREHOUSE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE IN BRIGHTON, CO

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Equipment & Warehouse Support Associate to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This role will be responsible for managing, inspecting, maintaining, and preparing warehouse equipment while ensuring accurate inventory records and supporting smooth operations throughout the Distribution Center.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19.50/hour, paid weekly

• Located in Brighton, CO

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete check-in and check-out procedures for equipment, including headsets, Vocollect boxes, belts, receiving carts, and two-way radios
• Conduct regular inventory checks of all equipment

• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment
• Collect receiving carts throughout the warehouse when not in use and return them to the designated equipment area
• Maintain accurate equipment logs and properly file documentation
• Ensure all equipment information and records remain up to date
• Complete, sign, and date all required paperwork
• Prepare equipment for use by the next scheduled shift
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized equipment area
• Provide excellent customer service to warehouse employees and operational teams
• Follow all equipment handling, safety, and warehouse procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant certifications
