Accurate Personnel in Brighton, CO is seeking a General Maintenance Associate to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across a busy Distribution Center. This full-time role supports a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

The position starts at $19/hour with weekly pay and an excellent benefits package (medical, dental, vision). Must operate Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, and Reach Truck; strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep building systems and equipment operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with problem-solving.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment throughout the facility.
• Assist with planning and scheduling routine maintenance and establishing work priorities with management.
