This position reports to

Warehouse Manager

Your role and responsibilities

1. Receive and verify documentation, SKU numbers, quantities, and overall quality from vendors.
2. Stock products from vendors and plants into bulk locations.
3. Consolidate products with the same SKU numbers in bulk locations.
4. Pull bulk products and place them in pick zones.
5. Consult with Inventory Control to resolve stock issues.
6. Retrieve specified products from pick locations for shipping.
7. Transfer cartons from shipping lanes to stacks on pallets for loading.
8. Meet and maintain department quality and productivity standards.
9. Operate power industrial equipment as certified and needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.

Qualifications for the role

1. Thorough knowledge of safety expectations and the ability to support resolution of complex problems.
2. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
3. Basic computer skills and understanding of distribution operations.
4. Ability to read, comprehend information, and accurately count inventory.
5. Ability to work at heights (3-level modules) and lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
6. Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
7. Flexibility to work overtime with little or no notice.
