Job summary

Equify Financial, LLC is seeking an Equipment Valuation & Asset Management Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. You will perform valuations, coordinate inspections, and support recovery efforts while collaborating with Credit, Legal, Sales, and Asset Management to protect collateral and ensure compliance.

You should have a finance- or operations-focused degree with 3+ years of field experience in valuation, repossessions, or asset recovery, and strong Excel/data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance/related field.
• 3+ years in equipment valuation, asset management, collateral monitoring or recovery.
• Field experience inspecting equipment and coordinating repossessions or recoveries.
• Strong knowledge of heavy construction, transportation, industrial equipment markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work across departments and communicate clearly in time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment valuations using established tools and data.
• Prepare valuation summaries for underwriting and monitoring.
• Coordinate inspections and review findings for accuracy.
• Assist with repossession coordination, storage, and asset tracking.
• Support portfolio reviews and collateral audits.
• Ensure compliance with valuation standards and policies.
