Opifex‑Synergy is seeking a Turn Technician to prepare and maintain all outgoing and incoming equipment for rentals. You will keep the yard clean and organized to minimize customer wait time and support fast, safe work flows.

• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all outgoing and incoming equipment for rentals.
• Keep the yard clean and organized to minimize customer wait time.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues and provide effective solutions.
• Install and configure new systems, equipment, or devices as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs and inventory management.
• Assist in setup, calibration, and testing of equipment or systems.
• Provide technical support to staff or customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Repair faulty components, wiring, and parts of machinery or devices as necessary.
